Pellenc Premium Grape Processing and Pressing Line, rated to 2.5to 3 tons per hour of grapes per pressing load, new in 2021 Line includes the following: 1) Pellenc stainless steel feed hopper, equipped with a 6'x 6.5' hopper which feeds a double deck 28" wide shaker for both small trash removal and free juice collection, all stainless steel construction, 460/3/60. 2) Mori Luigi flighted elevator, equipped with a 5' x 6' feed hopper, 16" wide x 18' long flighted belt with a hydraulically adjustable (manual adjustment) discharge elevation, 2" high flights on 16" centers, model NE5000, serial number 210025, with drive and inverter, 480/3/60, all stainless steel construction. 3) Pellenc "Selectiv' Process Winery M" linear separator, hopper infeed, 3 stage separation with 1) travelling conveyor with grid style belt sections, 1) roller sizing table with adjustable gaps, 1) 37" wide free juice discharge shaker, with a brush style waste discharge screw conveyor, 460/3/60, Type SP Winery M/G, serial number S1V011, new in 2021, all stainless steel construction. 4) Pellenc "Selectiv' Process" Vision 2 optical color sorter for size and color, rated to 12 tons per hour handling up to 2000 grapes/berries per second, touch screen controls, 40" wide sanitary high speed belt infeed, pneumatic reject mechanism, screw conveyor waste discharge, serial number 80VVC?, all stainless steel construction. 5) Pera Pellenc "Smart Press" tank press, rated to 3 tons per cycle, set up with both hopper and axial feed, 5' x 5' hopper, 4" axial infeed, 3" juice discharge, all stainless steel construction, with controls, 460/3/60, serial number SPC045A. 6) Pellenc model PHM400 mobile eccentric screw (progressive cavity) pump, 30" x30" feed hoppers, 4" discharge, all stainless steel construction, 460/3/60with controls and inverter, serial number PHM401/09. * Line was installed in 2022 with a machinery purchase price of USD 600,000.00. Used very sparingly due to a lack of local market demand. All items are mobile designed and can be positioned for inspection and can be test run electrically.
