Complete Fresh Juicing Operation for Pomegranates Rated up to 25 bins per hour of raw material feed (+/-5,000 pounds per hour max) All equipment is 230/3/60 All Equipment is still installed and available for inspection. Line consists of the following: 1) Mild steel dumper for 4'x4'x2' bins (can be adjusted for 4'x4'x4' bins), mild steel frame and stainless steel product contact, with hydraulic cylinders and powerpack. 2) Stainless steel screw elevator, with receiving hopper and a 12" diameter screw, 11' long, set up for a 10+' discharge elevation, variable speed electric motor drive, with operator platform. 3) Tri-Clover 1.5" stainless steel positive displacement pump with belt drive, stainless steel base, pressure relief face plate and balance tank for free juice run off. 4) Urschel model SL slicer, stainless steel contact and frame construction, hopper infeed, adjustable cut thickness, 2hp belt drive, with safety guards. 5) Valley Welding stainless steel destemmer for aril separation from rind, 14" diameter x 51" long chamber with a 180 degree screen, driven stainless steel paddles, with (2) screens (3/8" and 3/4"), with stainless steel catchpan, stainless steel frame and a 2hp belt drive with inverter. 6) Commercial 36" wide stainless steel shaker with a 3/8" slotted screen for additional aril and rind separation, mild steel frame, with drive and eccentric. 7) Diemme model FL325 inclined screw press, hopper infeed, with a free juice screen and a pressing screen, air actuated backpressure discharge plate, stainless steel contact, mild steel frame, with drive and controls, serial number 05378004. 8) Waukesha model 130 positive displacement pump, 3" I-Line fittings, serial number 93099, 5hp gearhead direct drive with inverter and an 8" diameter x 18" tall stainless steel filter. 9) Inclined pumice discharge conveyor, 12" wide x 15' long, gearhead chain drive. 10) Zambelli stainless steel 3" product transfer pump, on a stainless steel cart, with starter, a 5hp motor and inverter, supplied by Napa Fermentation Supplies (707)255-6372. 11) Spiral Water technologies T1000 automatic self cleaning filtration system with a stainless steel screen and a powered spiral wiper, 10 micron screen, 2" liquid inlet, 2" liquid discharge and a 1" filtrate discharge, all stainless steel construction with controls, control valving and Tri-Clover fittings, controls allow for a automated and timed auto filtrate flush with the filtrate being sent back to the press, item number FS320009-PAN001, new in 2018, includes an extra set of wipers, 10 micron filtration screen and drive components, like new condition. 12) Dairy Equipment Corporation model DKF 3000 gallon stainless steel horizontal refrigerated dairy tank (coil has a leak), with (2) two top mounted mixers (missing one set of paddles), top manhole, with ladder, 1" bottom pipe inlet, 2" threaded end bottom discharge, serial number 29752. 13) Thomsen 1" stainless steel centrifugal pump, 1hp. 14) Mueller 6000 gallon stainless steel horizontal refrigerated dairy tank, with (2) top mounted mixers, with CIP, 2" end bottom discharge, top manhole, with ladder. 15) Thomsen 3" x 2" stainless steel centrifugal pump, 5hp. 16) Maneurop chiller for the 3000 gallon tank, model MT125HU3D, R22with compressor and heat exchanger. 17) Dual Mueller 5hp chillers for the 6000 gallon tank, R22. 18) Lot of sanitary hoses. 19) Lot of starters and inverters. 20) Lot of miscellaneous spare parts. 21) ThinLINE Refrigerated 40' trailer, with a Carrier Micro-Link 2 refrigeration kit, R134A, capable of holding 60 drums at -10F. * Still installed - All items are available for inspection and can be test run electrically.
